Choose Your Plan

We offer a variety of plans and every plan is a combination of different facilities and different options for price, duration, number of assets, number of users, credit amount, cost of calls, cost of SMS etc. We recommend you to consider your requirements, compare plans on benefits and costs, and choose a plan that caters to your needs.

You can select your Plan on the basis of:

a. Basic Plan : You can select this plan if you require simple maintenance tool with manual ticketing system for you or your organization. You can find this plan on pricing page with name containing ‘Basic’, in this plan credit amount will be 0.

If at any point of time, you like to use SMS sending facility for your customer for ticket generated against their service request and for each status update of that ticket generated, then you may simply add credit amount by purchasing credit under ‘Buy Credit’ menu. The cost of SMS applicable will be as available in your subscribed plan and accordingly the credits will be deducted.

If at any point of time, you like to have IVR/ Automated calls, then you can upgrade to plans which have phone facility under ‘Upgrade Plan’ Menu.

b. Basic Plan + SMS : You can select this plan if you require simple maintenance tool with manual ticketing system with a professional approach towards handling of all service requests. In this plan you can also communicate with your customers, using SMS every time they raise a service request and ticket is generated and/ or each time when you update the status of the ticket for the service request.

For availing this plan, kindly select any basic plan as per your team size and purchase credit using “Buy Credit” in “Upgrade Plan” on the left side Menu.

If at any point of time, you like to have IVR/ Automated calls, then you can upgrade to plans which have phone facility under ‘Upgrade Plan’ Menu.

c. Basic + SMS + Phone : You can choose this plan if you require an automated phone system to receive your service request and automatically create tickets for the same. This system also communicates with your customers, using SMS, every time they raise a service request and ticket is generated and/ or each time when you update the status of the ticket for the service request. This reduces your administration cost. When you will choose this plan, a new number will be assigned to you.

a. Duration of Plan : Plans are available for different period of durations. For uninterrupted services you need to renew your plan before completion of plan duration.

b. Number of Users : You can give access of product to multiple users. Every plan has different number of users, which includes field technicians. You can make selection of your plan on the basis of number of users of products in your organization.

c. Number of Assets : You can add limited number of assets of your customers under your maintenance in the system as per the plan availed by you. So, you can choose your plan on the basis of number of assets under your maintenance.

d. Number of Credit Amount : You will need credit balance to receive phone calls and/or send SMS. Numbers of credit deducted for each call and SMS, depends on plan/subscription that you have chosen or subscribed to. You can choose your plan on the basis of requirement of number of credits.

e. Cost of calls : Numbers of credit deducted for each call (incoming and outgoing), depends on cost of calls given in plan that you have chosen or subscribed to. Please refer to our user guide about how credit will be deducted for each incoming and outgoing call

f. Cost of SMS : Numbers of credit deducted for each SMS, depends on cost of calls given in plan that you have chosen or subscribed to.

We may offer free trial for subscription to new users to test our product and/or services as a part of promotional activity to new users. Time period and/or features of subscription under free trial may vary from time to time.

We recommend using free trial for testing purpose only, for actual work usage we recommend you to use paid service.

We may also offer discounted trial for subscription to new users as a part of our promotional activities. Discounted trials are paid subscriptions but at discounted rate for trial of selected product and/or services. Time period and/or features of subscription under discounted trial may vary from time to time.

We recommend using discounted trial for testing purpose only, for actual work usage we recommend you to use paid service.
